Yes. The process uses customer photos as reference for an AI-assisted digital reconstruction that is refined into a sculptural 3D printable keepsake.

The more useful angles you can share, the better we can understand their likeness. Start with 2-5 photos in the form; extra views can be emailed to hello@extradimensionprinting.com during review. If you only have one treasured photo, email us and we will advise.

For a person or animal, choose clear, well-lit original photos from around the same age as the likeness you want preserved. Front, back, both sides, and three-quarter views (slightly turned) are especially helpful. Include as many of these angles as you have, without worrying if some are missing. Avoid heavy filters and screenshots.

Yes. We create custom pet sculptures to celebrate a companion or honour their memory, with a digital proof to review before printing.

The finish is intentionally sculptural. We aim for recognizable presence and emotional likeness, not a wax-figure replica.

Timing depends on size, print resolution, digital preparation, proof revisions, and production time. A typical keepsake moves from intake to production after proof approval.

The Custom Portrait Bust is $300 CAD for one person or pet, approximately 20 cm tall including a standard base, in a monochrome finish. It includes an interactive proof, two rounds of focused refinements, printing, cleanup, inspection and protective packaging. Shipping and applicable tax are additional. We confirm suitability, composition and price before your deposit.

Photo review is free. After we agree the scope and price, a $75 CAD design deposit begins the commission. For the $300 portrait bust, the remaining $225 plus agreed delivery and applicable taxes is due after proof approval and before printing. The deposit is part of the price, not an extra fee.

Yes. Other sizes, full-body pieces, multiple subjects and elaborate bases are individually quoted before work begins. Copies from the same approved model do not repeat the original reconstruction charge, but still include printing, finishing and packaging. There is no surcharge simply because a piece is a memorial.

Yes. The $300 portrait bust includes two rounds of focused refinements to the agreed composition. Normal studio retries and corrections within the agreed scope are included. New subjects, poses or other scope changes are discussed and priced before extra work begins. You approve the proof before printing.

Yes. We honour a loved one or companion with calm communication and the same considered care given to every sculpture. You review the proof before anything is printed.

Yes. We can prepare delivery options for customers across Canada once a piece is ready for shipment.
