Custom work and quotes
The $300 CAD Custom Portrait Bust covers one person or pet in a monochrome portrait-bust composition, approximately 20 cm tall including a standard base. Printing, cleanup, inspection and protective packaging are included. Shipping and applicable taxes are additional. Photo review is free; suitability, composition, finish and total price are agreed before the deposit. Other sizes, full-body sculptures, groups, elaborate bases and additional copies are individually quoted. Previously accepted quotes remain unchanged.
Design deposit
After photo review and agreement on the scope and price, the $75 CAD design deposit reserves the reconstruction queue and is credited toward the commission price. For the $300 portrait bust, the remaining $225 plus agreed shipping and applicable taxes is due after proof approval and before printing. Deposits are handled by Stripe-hosted checkout. If the studio cannot accept a project, the deposit can be refunded. Once digital reconstruction or custom design work has begun, the deposit may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Photo permission
Customers must confirm they own or have permission to use the photos submitted for digital reconstruction and sculptural production.
AI-assisted sculptural interpretation
The final work is an artistic sculptural interpretation based on the submitted photos, not a forensic, medical, or perfectly photorealistic replica. Results depend on image clarity, angle variety, subject detail, selected print resolution, and production constraints.
Proofs and revisions
Customers receive a digital proof before physical production. The $300 portrait bust includes two rounds of focused customer refinements within the agreed composition. Other commissions specify their included refinements in the quote. Normal studio retries and corrections within the agreed scope are included and are not paid extras. New subjects, poses or other additions require agreement on scope and price before extra work begins. Printing begins after proof approval and payment of the remaining balance.
Production and shipping
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on proof approval, selected print resolution, print complexity, finishing, material availability, and shipping carrier timelines. Tracking details are provided when available.
Payments and card details
Deposits and future balances are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. This site does not collect or store card details.
Memorial and sensitive projects
Memorial pieces and family keepsakes are handled with care and privacy. Submitted personal photos are not used in public marketing without permission.
