Last updated May 24, 2026. This notice explains how Extra Dimension Printing handles customer information, photos, and order communications for custom AI-assisted 3D printed keepsakes.
We collect the information customers choose to provide through the intake form, including name, email, optional phone number, piece type, subject type, desired size, story notes, and 2-5 uploaded photos. When an order is ready for delivery planning, we may also collect a delivery name, phone number, address, postal code, and delivery notes. We may keep order status, proofing notes, payment status, and related studio records.
Customer information is used to review the request, create a digital reconstruction, prepare proofs, communicate order updates, manage deposits or balances, produce and finish the sculpture, provide support, and maintain internal studio records.
Customers must confirm they own or have permission to use submitted photos. Photos are used for the requested keepsake workflow and are not sold. We do not use private family, pet, wedding, or memorial images in public marketing without permission.
The site is built to use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, email, payments, and security, including Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, and Google Workspace. Access is limited to business operations, but no internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Deposits and future balances are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout. This website does not collect, process, or store customer card details.
We send transactional emails about intake receipt, proofs, approvals, production, finishing, shipping, and support. Marketing emails, if added later, should use clear consent and an unsubscribe method.
Order records and photos are kept as long as reasonably needed to complete the project, provide support, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Customers can contact the studio to request correction or deletion where available.
